2012 Summer Camps
We are offering 7 riding camps this summer. All camps will run from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. All of our beginner camps will be limited to 12 riders. Activities and games will focus on horse care and horsemanship skills, while emphasizing safety on the ground and in the saddle. Campers will have their lessons in the morning, learning to groom and tack up their mounts. A combination of group and private lessons will help prepare riders for games on horseback. They will also help care for the horses by cleaning a stall, cleaning tack, and in general learning basic horse care. After lunch, campers will have some supervised free time to enjoy our pool and relax. Afternoon games, crafts, and activities which help them to work with and learn more about horses will round out the day.
On Friday, parents are invited to watch them compete in games on horseback for ribbons. Campers will also compete in a Jeopardy-style game to test their knowledge. The price listed does include the $100.00 deposit required to guarantee your child’s place in the camp of your choice.

- June 26 – July 1 (Horsemanship)
- July 23 – July 27 (Ages 7-10)
- July 30 – August 3 (Intermediate / Advance Camp)
- August 6 – August 10 (Ages 8-12)
- August 20 – August 24 (Ages 8 -12)
